Are you concerned about practicing without a license?

Do you have any concern about dispensing dental advice to people whom you have never met, examined, or properly diagnosed, who live in a state where you are not licensed to practice? Do you have any fear that giving advice here could be construed as practicing dentistry with the end result being a lawsuit? Do you post a disclaimer on your answers here ar do you think it's just not necessary? Am I being crazy paranoid? In case you wonder why I am asking this question, it is because I just received a bulletin from my malpractice carrier advising the GREATEST caution in using social networking (Facebook, Twitter, etc.) for doctor -patient interactions.
