Can Network Administrators collect data on my browsing habits if I have Private Browsing & HotSpot Shield on?

I'd be more worried about hotspot shield scanning and making a profit on all your data. It isn't free because they are nice and want to sped megabucks every year on people, buildings, networks, servers and bandwidth just to give you a free VPN. They are a huge advertising company that uses the data to make money.
