If people installed keylogger on my PC, but I use VPN, can he still see my stuff?

short answer NO!!! if he/she gets your username password your done for...get your self a serious anti-virus and combine them with "malwarebyte's anti-malware" to be safe....run them(ie scan your pc) on a regular basis....
